The Schweiger-Larkey Group was founded in 2002 by Dr. David Schweiger and Dr. Frank Larkey. Through the coupling of Dr. Schweiger's 20 plus years of organizational culture research with Dr. Larkey's expertise in psychological measurement, the Schweiger-Larkey Organizational Culture Index (SLOCI^©) was born. Dr. Schweiger then spent several years further developing, testing and refining the SLOCI^© in his management consulting endeavors while Dr. Larkey continued to put the SLOCI^© through scrutinizing psychometric validity and reliability tests. In 2005, the SLOCI^© was deemed ready for commercial use. Today the Schweiger-Larkey Group is positioning itself as an industry leader in organizational culture research and assessment.
